Morris Ruby Cocktail

GLASS WARE: HIGH BALL

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 medium strawberries, stems removed and quartered
  • ½ cucumber, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 90ml cup Classic Ruby
  • 50ml lemon juice
  • 40ml sugar syrup
  • Ice
  • Soda water

METHOD:

  1. In a small jug or jar, stir Classic Ruby, lemon juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Set aside (can be set aside in the fridge if you’re not serving immediately).
  2. Muddle strawberries and cucumber in a cocktail shaker, add the Classic Ruby mix and top with ice.
  3. Shake well and strain into two large glasses filled with ice.
  4. Top with soda water and serve.
