Morris Ruby Cocktail
GLASS WARE: HIGH BALL
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 medium strawberries, stems removed and quartered
- ½ cucumber, cut into 2cm pieces
- 90ml cup Classic Ruby
- 50ml lemon juice
- 40ml sugar syrup
- Ice
- Soda water
METHOD:
- In a small jug or jar, stir Classic Ruby, lemon juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Set aside (can be set aside in the fridge if you’re not serving immediately).
- Muddle strawberries and cucumber in a cocktail shaker, add the Classic Ruby mix and top with ice.
- Shake well and strain into two large glasses filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and serve.
